The Mesoestetic Eyecon is a treatment course consisting of six eye treatments. A special eye peeling is alternated with a microneedling treatment. During the first treatment we use a special eye peeling and during the second treatment we apply a special serum in combination with microneedling. Then we alternate the two treatments. The treatments take place weekly. In addition, we recommend using an eye cream twice a day to optimize the treatment result. The treatments work on lightening dark discoloration around the eyes, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, tightening the eyelids and provides a fresher look.

• Avoid sun and tanning beds for four weeks prior to treatment.
• Stop using three to seven days before treatment: an exfoliant, retinol (vitamin A cream), hormone cream and hydroquinone.
• Stop taking blood thinners seven days before treatment (consult with your doctor if this is possible).
• Botox and/or filler treatments may be performed up to two weeks prior to treatment.
• Avoid facial treatments two to four weeks before treatment, such as strong chemical peels, micro-needling and CO2 laser
• In case of symptoms such as fever or flu, you will not be treated.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, the treatment cannot be performed.

Eye peeling

First, the skin around the eyes is cleansed and disinfected. Then we apply several layers of the peeling until the desired skin reaction is achieved. After this, we finish the treatment with the Mesoestetic eye care.

Microneedling treatment

First, the skin around the eyes is cleaned and disinfected. Then we perform the microneedling treatment in combination with a special eye serum. After this we apply an eye fleece mask designed for the eyes, to soothe the skin. Finally, we conclude the treatment with the Mesoestetic eye care.

Both after peeling and microneedling treatment, the skin is red and swollen. This skin reaction reduces within 48 hours. For the first 1-3 days after treatment, the skin may feel tighter and may flake slightly.

• For the first 24 hours after treatment, do not do anything to the skin, and do not wash or apply cream unless otherwise advised.
• For the first 48 hours, you should avoid heat sources such as sauna, swimming pool and intense exercise.
• You should not wear eye makeup for the first 48 hours after treatment. Medical makeup, such as Oxygenetix, may be allowed if necessary.
• You should not scratch/pull at the scabs and/or peels.
• After treatment, it is important to care for the skin with a restorative cream, such as Alhydran, to promote the healing process and allow the skin to heal more beautifully. Alhydran can be applied two to three times daily and can be purchased at the clinic.
• During the treatment process, it is important to avoid direct sunlight on the skin and tanning beds. It is essential to use daily sun protection with at least SPF50.
