If you opt for treatment at Lash and Face Clinic\/Body and Face Clinic you automatically agree to this.<\/li>\n<li>We work based on the treatment agreement as described in the Medical Treatment Agreements Act (WGBO).<\/li>\n<li>Your information will remain with Lash and Face Clinic\/ Body and Face Clinic and will only be shared with third parties as necessary for your treatment. Should the law require this, we will ask for your prior consent.<\/li>\n<li>Would you like to know what information we keep about you? If so, please send us a written request.<\/li>\n<li>If you believe that the information, we hold about you is incorrect, you may ask us in writing to change it.<\/li>\n<li>You may ask us to delete your information. If we do this, we may (possibly) no longer be able to treat you responsibly. Because we are required by law to keep your data for 15 years, we store it in an invisible archive that is inaccessible and unusable by our staff.<\/li>\n<li>Would you like to withdraw your consent to the retention of your personal data?
